38 Recording evidence
(1)
The Coroners Court may decide whether or not proceedings in the court during a pre-inquest conference are to be recorded under the Recording of Evidence Act 1962.
(2)
Despite any order made under section 41, any other proceedings in the court must be recorded under the Recording of Evidence Act 1962.
(3)
Subject to an order made under section 41 and the requirements of the Recording of Evidence Act 1962, anyone is entitled to obtain a copy of the record under that Act.
