27A Definitions for div 1A
In this division—possession, of a prisoner’s artwork, means—
(a)
custody or control of it; or
(b)
the ability or right to obtain custody or control of it.
prisoner’s artwork means any visual art, performing art or literature made or produced by a prisoner while the prisoner is in a corrective services facility.
