28H Limited liability of persons holding artwork on behalf of prisoner
(1)
If the prisoner gives the artwork to a person under section 28C, the person is not liable for—
(a)
loss of the artwork; or
(b)
damage to the artwork, other than deliberate damage to it by the person.
(2)
If the prisoner gives the artwork to the State under section 28D, the State is not liable for loss of, or damage to, the artwork while it is in the State’s possession.
