28E No consideration to be paid for holding prisoner’s artwork under s 28C
The prisoner must not ask for, or accept, consideration for—
(a)
giving the artwork to a person to hold under section 28C; or
(b)
delivering the artwork to a person to hold under section 28C.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
