638 Evidence of authority
The averment in an indictment that the prosecution is instituted by the direction of or with the consent of a Crown Law Officer, or with the consent of the Attorney-General, or with the consent of the director of public prosecutions, or at the request of the Government of any State, is sufficient evidence of the fact, until the contrary is shown. sch 1 pt 8 ch 63 s 638 amd 1986 No. 1 s 85; 2005 No. 55 s 48 sch 4
