643 Intention to injure, deceive or defraud
On the trial of a person charged with any offence of which an intent to injure or deceive or defraud, or an intent to enable another person to deceive or defraud, is an element, it is not necessary to prove an intent to injure or deceive or defraud any particular person, or an intent to enable any particular person to deceive or defraud any particular person. sch 1 pt 8 ch 63 s 643 amd 1997 No. 3 s 116
