135 Exemption—industrial organisations
Transfer duty is not imposed on a dutiable transaction that is—
(a)
the vesting of dutiable property in an industrial organisation under the Industrial Relations Act 2016, chapter 12, part 14; or
(b)
the transfer, or agreement for the transfer, of dutiable property from trustees of an industrial organisation under the Industrial Relations Act 2016 to the organisation.
