139 Exemption—dealings under South Bank Corporation Act
Transfer duty is not imposed on a dutiable transaction that is—
(a)
the transfer, or agreement for the transfer, of dutiable property for which no fee or charge is payable under the South Bank Corporation Act 1989, section 23; or
(b)
the determination or partial determination of a lease under the South Bank Corporation Act 1989, schedule 4, part 2 or 3.
