252 Amount of donation cap
(1)
The donation cap for a registered political party is $4,000.
(2)
The donation cap for a candidate in an election is $6,000.
(3)
However, if the amount of a donation cap for a registered political party or candidate in an election has been adjusted under section 253, the donation cap for a registered political party or candidate is the amount most recently published as the donation cap by the commission under section 253(3).
