308 Recovery of payments
(1)
An action in a court to recover an amount due to the State under this Act may be brought in the name of the commission.
(2)
Any process in the action required to be served on the State may be served on the commission.
(3)
The commission may deduct an amount payable by a person to the State under this Act from another amount payable by the commission to the person under this Act, including, for example—
(a)
an amount of election funding payable to the person under division 4; or
(b)
a policy development payment payable to the person under division 5.
