315A Electronic lodgement of returns
(1)
The commission may make procedures about how a return under division 7 or 11 may be lodged electronically.
(2)
The procedures—
(a)
do not take effect until approved by a regulation; and
(b)
must be tabled in the Legislative Assembly with the regulation approving the procedures; and
(c)
must be published on the commission’s website.
(3)
If a return under division 7 or 11 is lodged in accordance with the procedures, the return is taken to have been given to the commission.
