60 Inspection of publicly available parts of electoral rolls
(1)
The commission must make available for inspection by any person, without fee, a copy of the most recent printed version of the publicly available part of all electoral rolls—
(a)
at the office of the commission; and
(b)
at the office (if any) of each returning officer.
(2)
The commission may also make available for inspection by any person, without fee, a copy of the most recent version, in a non-printed form, of the publicly available part of any electoral roll at any place that the commission considers appropriate.
