Applications made before commencement

In force

(1)

This section applies if—

(a)

an application was made under a previous provision, but not decided before the commencement; and

(b)

an equivalent application may be made under a corresponding provision to the previous provision.

(2)

For dealing with and deciding the application, the application is taken to be an equivalent application made under the corresponding provision.
