300 Continued application of provisions about marking of in-scope electrical equipment
Repealed section 228 continues to apply except that—
a reference to ‘section 106(1)’ is taken to be a reference to section 145(1); and
a reference to ‘section 100(1)(b)’ is taken to be a reference to repealed section 100(1)(b); and
a reference to ‘the commencement’ is taken to be a reference to the commencement of repealed section 228; and
a reference to ‘section 231’ is taken to be a reference to repealed section 231.
Repealed section 230 continues to apply except that—
a reference to ‘section 111(1)’ is taken to be a reference to repealed section 111(1); and
a reference to ‘section 100(1)(b)’ is taken to be a reference to repealed section 100(1)(b); and
a reference to ‘the commencement’ is taken to be a reference to the commencement of repealed section 230; and
a reference to ‘section 231’ is taken to be a reference to repealed section 231.
Repealed section 231 continues to apply except that—
a reference to ‘section 224’ is taken to be a reference to repealed section 224; and
a reference to ‘the commencement’ is taken to be a reference to the commencement of repealed section 231; and
a reference to ‘this regulation’ is taken to be a reference to the repealed regulation.
