781 Existing transfer applications
(1)
This section applies if a transfer application is made, but not decided, under this Act before the commencement.
(2)
Chapter 5, part 9 as in force immediately before the commencement applies to the application as if the amendment Act had not been enacted.
(3)
Section 256(2) as in force immediately before the commencement applies in relation to an entity if—
(a)
the transfer application is decided after the commencement; and
(b)
the entity is issued a transferred environmental authority; and
(c)
the entity is not the owner of the land to which the authority relates.
