783 Existing suspension periods for environmental authorities
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a proposed action decision to suspend an environmental authority took effect before the commencement; and
(b)
the suspension period had not ended immediately before the commencement.
(2)
Chapter 5, part 11 as in force immediately before the commencement applies to the environmental authority as if the amendment Act had not been enacted.
