788 Existing applications for registration of suitable operators
(1)
This section applies to an application to be registered as a suitable operator made, but not decided, under this Act before the commencement.
(2)
Chapter 5A, part 4 as in force immediately before the commencement applies to the application as if the amendment Act had not been enacted.
