105 Local government may give notice about removing general waste
(1)
This section applies to a local government that has arranged for the removal of general waste produced at relevant premises.
(2)
The local government may give the occupier of the relevant premises a written notice stating—
(a)
the days on which the waste is to be collected; and
(b)
where the waste container is to be placed for collection of the waste (the designated location); and
(c)
the time by which the waste container is to be placed in the designated location for collection of the waste.
