194 Replacement environmental authorities for organic material processing
This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement, was the holder of a replacement environmental authority under the repealed regulation, section 190(2).
Note—
The prescribed ERA for the replacement environmental authority mentioned in the repealed regulation, section 190 is organic material processing.
The repealed regulation, section 190(4) continues to apply as if—
a reference to an existing environmental authority is taken to be a reference to an authority mentioned in the repealed regulation, section 190(1); and
a reference to the commencement is taken to be a reference to the commencement of the repealed regulation, section 190.
