73 Fee for giving prescribed information
(1)
A waste handler must pay the fee stated in this section to the chief executive when the waste handler gives prescribed information about the transportation of trackable waste to the administering authority.
(2)
The fee is—
(a)
for information given in the way prescribed under section 75(a)—5.30 fee units; or
(b)
for information given in the way prescribed under section 75(b)—3.15 fee units; or
(c)
for information given in the way prescribed under section 75(c) or (d)—2.24 fee units for each load of trackable waste mentioned in the form used to give the information.
