88 Responsibilities of transporter
(1)
While transporting the waste in Queensland, the transporter must carry a document containing the information received from the generator under section 87(1)(a).Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(2)
Within 7 days after becoming aware of a discrepancy in information received from the generator under section 87(1)(a), the transporter must give written notice of the discrepancy to the administering authority.Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
