189 Seizure with consent
An inspector who has, under this Act, entered a place may—
(a)
seize an exhibited animal at the place with the written consent of—
(i)
a responsible person for the animal; or
(ii)
a person the inspector reasonably believes is a responsible person for the animal; or
(b)
seize another thing at the place with the written consent of—
(i)
the owner or person in possession of the thing; or
(ii)
a person the inspector reasonably believes is the owner or person in possession of the thing.
