Notice to be given to inspector after fireworks display

(1)

The fireworks contractor for a fireworks display must, within 7 days after the day the fireworks display is staged, give an inspector a notice about the fireworks display under subsection (2).Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.

(2)

The notice must—

(a)

be in the approved form; and

(b)

include details of—

(i)

any malfunction of a firework during the fireworks display; and

(ii)

any explosives incident, or other unusual incident involving a firework, happening in connection with the fireworks display.
