27 Powers of inspectors
(1)
An inspector—
(a)
has the powers given under this Act; and
(b)
is subject to the direction of the registrar in exercising the powers.
(2)
The powers of an inspector may be limited—
(a)
under a regulation; or
(b)
under a condition of appointment; or
(c)
by written notice given by the registrar to the inspector.
