Fire Services Act 1990

This part does not apply in respect of—

persons or substances in or about a mine to which the Mining and Quarrying Safety and Health Act 1999 applies;

persons or substances in or about a mine to which the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act 1999 applies;

persons or substances in or about a well to which any of the following Acts apply—

This part does not derogate from the provisions of the Radiation Safety Act 1999, the Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Act 1994 or the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and where there is any conflict between the provisions of this and the provisions of those Acts, the provisions of those Acts prevail, to the extent of the inconsistency.
