146I Punishment for certain offences against this part
A person convicted of—
(a)
an offence defined in section 146F(2); or
(b)
an offence consisting in a failure to notify a change of circumstances, as required by section 146G(1), that substantially reduces the effectiveness of a plan; or
(c)
an offence consisting in a failure to comply with a notice given under this part;
is liable to a maximum penalty of 250 penalty units or 1 year’s imprisonment.
