146A Occupier to provide information concerning dangerous goods
(1)
Where a person—
(a)
is an occupier of premises in or on which any dangerous goods are stored; or
(b)
is to be the occupier of premises presently under construction, in or on which any dangerous goods are to be stored;
the commissioner may give a notice requiring the person to provide such information concerning the dangerous goods as is specified in the notice.
(2)
A person to whom a notice is given must provide the information sought within the time specified in the notice.
