14 Discount for pensioners—Act, s 152K
(1)
A pension payable under a law of the Commonwealth is declared to be a pension for section 152K of the Act.
(2)
For section 152K(2) of the Act, it is declared that a pensioner, who is the owner of a prescribed property that is the pensioner’s principal place of residence, is granted a discount of 20% on the contributions payable under chapter 5, part 3A of the Act, for the property.
