8A Levy classes for levy districts for relevant financial years—Act, s 152I
(1)
This section applies in relation to the levy class of a levy district for each relevant financial year.
(2)
The levy class of the levy district for each relevant financial year is the levy class that applied in relation to the levy district under section 8(1), (2), (3), (4) or (5) for the financial year starting on 1 July 2024.
