278 Notice of internal review decision
(1)
The reviewer must, within 10 business days after making an internal review decision, give the applicant notice (an internal review notice) for the decision.
(2)
If the internal review decision is not the decision sought by the applicant, the internal review notice must also include, or be accompanied by, a QCAT information notice for the decision.
(3)
If the reviewer does not give the internal review notice within the 10 business days, the reviewer is taken to have made an internal review decision confirming the original decision.
