74 Qualification of authorised officers
For the purposes of section 481(1)(d) of the Law, the classes are—
(a)
individuals whose services are used by a participating jurisdiction under an arrangement entered into with the employer of the individuals; and
(b)
individuals who are consultants or contractors engaged by a participating jurisdiction.
