28 Functions
(1)
The board of a foundation has the following functions—
(a)
to manage the foundation generally;
(b)
to ensure the foundation pursues its registered objects effectively and efficiently;
(c)
to set strategies and policies for the management of property held by the foundation.
(2)
The board also has the other functions given to the board under this Act or another Act.
