35 Vacancy in office
(1)
The office of a member becomes vacant if the member—
(a)
resigns from office by giving notice of resignation to the Minister; or
(b)
is disqualified from continuing as a member under section 33; or
(c)
is removed from office under subsection (2).
(2)
The Governor in Council may, at any time, remove a board member from office for any reason or none.
