32 Term of appointment
(1)
A member, other than a member mentioned in section 30(1)(b), holds office for the term, not longer than 5 years, stated in the member’s instrument of appointment.
(2)
If a successor has not been appointed by the end of the member’s term, the member continues to hold office until a successor is appointed.
(3)
Subsection (1) does not prevent a member being reappointed.
