69 Appointments and authority
(1)
In the proceeding, the following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it—
(a)
the appointment under this Act of a member of a board;
(b)
the authority of a member of a board, or the managing executive officer of a foundation, to do anything under this Act.
(2)
In this section—
appointment, of a member of a board, includes the holding of office under section 30(1)(b).
