Other evidentiary aids

In force

(1)

A certificate purporting to be signed by the Minister, chief executive or chairperson of the board of a foundation stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter—

(a)

a stated document is 1 of the following things made, given or kept under this Act—

(i)

an appointment, approval or decision;

(ii)

a direction, notice or requirement;

(iii)

a record;

(iv)

the register;

(b)

a stated document is a copy of, or an extract from or part of, a thing mentioned in paragraph (a).

(2)

In this section—appointment, in relation to a member of a board, includes the holding of office under section 30(1)(b).
