87 Continuation of register
(1)
The register kept under the repealed Act, section 9 continues in existence as the register under this Act.
(2)
Subsection (3) applies if the entry on the register for a continued foundation does not contain all of the information required under section 79(2).
(3)
The foundation must, within 3 months after the commencement, give the chief executive the required information.
