92 Status of particular land
(1)
This section applies if, before the commencement, there is land—
(a)
granted, under the Land Act 1994, in trust to a continued foundation; or
(b)
reserved, under the Land Act 1994, for the purposes of a continued foundation.
(2)
The land continues to be granted in trust to the foundation or reserved for the purposes of the foundation.
