Replacement of objects registered under repealed Act

In force

(1)

A continued foundation must, within 3 months after the commencement, give the chief executive notice of the objects for the foundation that are consistent with the objects mentioned in section 7 to replace the objects registered for the foundation under the repealed Act, section 9.

(2)

The board of a foundation may, within the period mentioned in subsection (1), apply, under section 22, to change an object of the foundation.
