301 Objectionable terms
(1)
A term of an industrial instrument, or an agreement or arrangement (whether written or unwritten), has no effect to the extent that it is an objectionable term.
(2)
In this section—
objectionable term means a term that permits or has the effect of permitting, or purports to permit or have the effect of permitting, either of the following—
(a)
a contravention of this part;
(b)
the payment of a bargaining services fee as defined under section 298.
