440 Deputy presidents (court) also deputy presidents of the commission

A deputy president (court) is also a deputy president of the commission.
(2)
The service of a deputy president (court) as a deputy president of the commission does not entitle the deputy president (court) to a salary or allowance in addition to the salary or allowance received as the holder of the office of a deputy president (court).
