441 Appointment of other deputy presidents of the commission
(1)
The Governor in Council may, by gazette notice, appoint a person as a deputy president of the commission.
(2)
The person must be a person who has the experience, qualifications and standing to be appointed as an industrial commissioner under section 442(2).
