445 Restrictions on appointment
The following persons can not be appointed as a relevant commissioner—
(a)
a member of the Executive Council or Legislative Assembly;
(b)
a person who—
(i)
acts as a director of a corporation engaged in a calling; or
(ii)
acts as an auditor of a corporation engaged in a calling or of a business; or
(iii)
participates in any capacity in the management of a corporation engaged in a calling or the management of a business.
