483 Orders and ancillary orders

(1)

If the full bench makes an order under this subdivision, it may also make an ancillary order it considers necessary to support the order, including an order prohibiting—

(a)

an officer or employee of an organisation from representing a person in a matter before the court, the commission, the full bench or the registrar; and

(b)

an organisation from arranging for an agent to represent a person under chapter 6; and

(c)

an organisation from holding out membership on the basis of being able to provide representation in stated industrial matters.

(2)

An order under this subdivision, and an ancillary order, may—

(a)

be subject to conditions; and

(b)

apply to an individual or an organisation.

(3)

The full bench may, on application by the Minister or a person or organisation affected by an order, make the further order it considers appropriate to ensure the order, an ancillary order and this Act are complied with.

(4)

An individual or organisation to which an order mentioned in subsection (2) or (3) applies must comply with the order.Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
