578B Purpose of part
The purpose of this part is to make provision for an objection process in relation to a relevant incorporation Act application, including—
(a)
consultation with organisations and State peak councils; and
(b)
the giving of a notice to the chief executive (incorporations Act) objecting to the application on the objection ground; and
(c)
if an objection is contested, the making of a declaration by the commission about whether the objection ground is established in relation to the application.
