578C What is a relevant incorporation Act application and who is the applicant
A relevant incorporation Act application is—
an application under the Associations Incorporation Act 1981, section 9 for incorporation of an association; or
an application by an incorporated association under the Associations Incorporation Act 1981, section 48 for registration of an amendment of its rules.
The applicant, for a relevant incorporation Act application, is—
for an application mentioned in subsection (1)(a)—the appointed person for the application under the Associations Incorporation Act 1981, section 7(1); or
for an application mentioned in subsection (1)(b)—the incorporated association that made the application.
