578H Application for declaration
(1)
A recipient of a notice under section 578G(2)(b) about a relevant incorporation Act application may apply to the commission for the making of a declaration about whether the objection ground is, or is not, established for the application.
(2)
The application must be made on or before the day stated in the notice.
