876F Period of administrator’s appointment etc.
(1)
The administration notice may provide for—
(a)
the period of the administrator’s appointment; and
(b)
the terms of the administrator’s appointment, including the remuneration the Minister considers appropriate.
(2)
The Minister may, by gazette notice, do any of the following—
(a)
terminate the appointment of the administrator;
(b)
appoint another person as the administrator;
(c)
vary the terms of the administrator’s appointment.
