876I Interaction with chapter and CFMEUQ rules
(1)
This section applies if the administration notice or administration scheme is inconsistent with—
(a)
a provision of this chapter; or
(b)
the CFMEUQ rules.
(2)
The administration notice or administration scheme prevails to the extent of the inconsistency and is not limited by the provision of this chapter or the CFMEUQ rules.
