169 Cheating
(1)
A person must not, in relation to an authorised game, dishonestly obtain a benefit by—
(a)
an act, practice or scheme; or
(b)
the use of a thing.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
(2)
For subsection (1), a person obtains a benefit if the person obtains for the person or another person, or induces a person to deliver, give or credit to the person or another person, any money, benefit, advantage, valuable consideration or security.
